How We Verify Deals

Every deal here is a real, currently-listed offer our system found on the retailer's own site, whose markdown we sanity-check against its recent price history, and whose availability we keep re-confirming.

Finding deals

Automated crawlers continuously re-scan major retailers' sale and category pages, typically every few hours. We list only offers that actually appear on the retailer's site.

Checking the markdown is real

We compare each deal's current price against the product's own recent price history to filter out fake "was" prices, and reference broader market pricing during automated review.

Scoring and curating

Every deal gets an automated 0-100 score from discount depth, price, brand, ratings, category, urgency, and shipping. Curation is fully automated and placement is never paid for by a retailer.

Keeping listings fresh

The "Verified" date is the last time our crawler confirmed the listing was live; listings the crawler stops seeing are aged out and hidden. Always confirm the final price at the retailer before buying.

Frequently asked questions

What does “verified” mean on Verified Deals Daily?

A verified deal is a real, currently-listed offer found on the retailer's own site whose markdown was checked against that product's own recent price history — filtering out fake “was” prices — and whose availability keeps being re-confirmed by our crawlers.

How do you catch fake “was” prices?

We compare the claimed original price against the product's own recent price history from our repeated crawls. If the item never actually sold near the “was” price, the markdown is treated as fake and the deal is filtered out.

Do retailers pay to be listed?

No. Curation is fully automated — a 0-100 score computed from discount depth, price, brand, ratings, category, urgency, and shipping — and no retailer pays for placement. Some outbound links are affiliate links, which never affect scoring.
